Pregnancy course

Are you young and pregnant?

You may not know quite what to expect. That is why Meeting centre Young Parents (OJO), run by Amaryllis Jongerenwerk in collaboration with Rond Geboorte, organises a free antenatal course four times a year, specifically for young expectant mothers aged 24 and under.

During this course:

• you’ll meet other young mums,
• share your experiences with one another
• and you’ll receive reliable information and advice on your pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period.

The sessions are run by Rond Geboorte. A paediatric nurse will also be present on the final evening. At the end of the course, you’ll receive a lovely, well-stocked goody bag!

The course consists of four Wednesday evenings. On the last evening, you can bring your partner or someone else who will be present at the birth.
