Artism
Are you familiar with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) and looking for a place where you can be yourself, meet others and share experiences?
Then Artism is for you!
Every other week, we meet in a safe and relaxed environment. One week is dedicated to being together, where you can discuss what you are up against, what is on your mind - or just to listen and be present. The other week is spent discussing themes, which we come up with together. Those who like it may prepare their own themes.
Think of themes like:
Fatigue and energy
Dealing with overstimulation
Boundaries and emotion regulation

For example, the group came up with the name and logo and devises the themes.
