Active and healthy together! Do you feel like getting out, re-energising and meeting others? Then Break the Week is for you! Break the Week is part of Meet and Gather.
We start with a cup of coffee or tea. Then we do something fun and active - sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors.
Think of:Walking, gymnastics, yoga, games or a trip to the woods or a museum.We make the programme together, so that it is surprising and varied every time.Around mid-afternoon, we prepare a (healthy) lunch together and enjoy it together.Break the week with exercise, health and conviviality - will you join us?
