Move along!At Conscious Moving, you will engage in fun and active exercise and boxing. The goal? Feeling stronger and getting fitter, both physically and mentally. Sport not only contributes to your health, but can also boost your self-confidence, self-esteem and social skills. After a session, you always feel more energetic and better than before.
During training, the focus is on boxing and exercises that put different muscle groups to work, concluded with stretching exercises. We also pay attention to breathing: by breathing more consciously, you learn to stay calm in challenging situations and manage stress better.
