Digitalisation & innovation project manager

Amaryllis and Incluzio want to be leaders in digital innovation in the social domain.

From Leeuwarden, we therefore work together on digital innovations that really work in neighbourhoods and villages. Together with national and regional partners such as The Innovation Playground and Mensora, we bring technology, processes and human customisation together. The goal: easier work for teams and better support for residents. We are looking for a project manager to land this innovation. Will you join us?

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing digital innovation within the social domain. You ensure that digital solutions do not remain stuck in plans or pilots, but are actually implemented and used in daily practice. You work on innovations that contribute to better support for residents, make our employees' work more effective, improve processes and provide better insight into results. In doing so, you continuously move on the cutting edge of IT, work processes and substantive goals. Another important project is setting up new KPIs in the registration system so that Amaryllis can work more effectively and more data-driven.

In addition to your work for Amaryllis, you will work on average one day a week on a project of Incluzio, our national cooperation partner. This combination allows you to actively exchange and apply knowledge and experience with digital innovations.
