Story of Amaryllis
Amaryllis is there for all residents, from young to old. Residents seeking activities or wanting to meet others. Residents with questions or concerns. Residents who could use help and want to give help. And residents with ideas for their village or neighbourhood. We are also there for all kinds of groups and organisations working for residents and for neighbourhoods and villages.
Amaryllis contributes to strengthening residents, their social networks and villages and neighbourhoods. We support in solving and even better in preventing problems. In doing so, we help residents participate, get by and do something for each other. We believe in the power of togetherness in villages and neighbourhoods.

We do this
Residents of the Leeuwarden municipality can come to Amaryllis with questions, concerns or a good idea. We think along and provide tips, information or support. We also bring residents into contact with each other and with organisations.
