Exhibition Atelier Welgelegen in Fries Museum
Participants of Atelier Welgelegen exhibit 7 October to 2 November 2025 in the hall of the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden. Everyone is welcome to come and see the works. Entrance to this exhibition in the hall is free.
Atelier Welgelegen is one of the very different forms of group support offered by Amaryllis. Every Tuesday afternoon, a group of 10 to 15 people meet at Welgelegen Neighbourhood House to get creative on a subject of their own choice. Social workers Julia, Hanneke and Thijs supervise this workshop group jointly and alternately.
The studio had an exhibition before: in spring 2023 at the City Office. Participants had been asking for a while for another exhibition of their beautiful works. They are delighted to have the opportunity to show their works to the general public in this prominent place in the city.
