Do you live independently, but notice that it is sometimes difficult to get through the day comfortably? Would you like to make new social contacts and go out more often? At Meedoen Westend it feels like a second home, where you can take part in activities in a relaxed atmosphere, meet like-minded people and get the guidance you need.
Various activities are offered every day, including coffee drinking, singing, moving to music, creative workshops, walking, working on a life book, cooking and baking activities, board games and memory training.
Meeting and participating
Under the name Ontmoeten en Meedoen, Amaryllis offers activities for one or more half-days a week. As a fun and meaningful daytime activity where meeting and participating are central. In Onmoeten en Meedoen, we work together with INNEZ. INNEZ itself provides the support.
