Will you be our new colleague? We are looking for a new management assistant.

At Amaryllis, we work for all residents of the municipality of Leeuwarden. We ensure that people can participate, get by and do something for each other. In the coming years, we will invest in our internal organisation to show our added value for the residents of the municipality of Leeuwarden even better.

Seven team leaders manage the various municipal, district and village teams. These team leaders are managed by two line managers. There is also a programme manager and a finance and control manager. Together with the managing director, the four managers form the MT.

The MT is supported by the executive secretary. She focuses primarily on supporting the managing director, but also supports the managers where possible. Amaryllis is in full swing. Many projects and programmes are or will be in the implementation phase. Also, one of the line managers is temporarily replacing a team leader due to illness. As a result, we are looking for additional management support until at least the end of the year.

We are looking for a management support officer to support managers in carrying out their work and contribute to programmes, projects and tasks to be implemented in the coming period.

  • You will monitor the progress of programmes, projects and policy assignments and keep stakeholders on top of agreements made.
  • You will support managers and policy advisers with a variety of organisational tasks.
  • You contribute to overview, continuity and effective cooperation. In doing so, you ensure ownership: your ideas matter and your own initiative is appreciated.

You have/are

  • Flexible enough to switch smoothly between strategic issues and practical implementation.
  • Independent, proactive and focused on achieving results.
  • Integrity, care and reliability in handling confidential information.
  • An enthusiastic and connecting personality who easily connects with others.
  • You are energised by development, collaboration and achieving concrete results.

We offer

  • A warm welcome from 260 colleagues within an exciting and thriving organisation.
  • A temporary appointment until 1 January 2027 for 28-32 hours per week.
  • A flexible workplace and opportunities for hybrid working.
  • A market-based salary in accordance with the Social Work collective labour agreement, minimum €3,132 and maximum €4,681 gross per month (scale 7, based on 36 hours per week), supplemented by excellent benefits such as an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget.
  • A laptop and smartphone.
  • Plenty of room for development, initiative and personal input.
  • We do not pay attention to age, gender, origin, colour or orientation. With us, your qualities count.
