Support worker for status holders

• You will be responsible for providing basic support to status holders in the municipality of Leeuwarden. You will manage your own caseload.
• You visit status holders at home to provide support.
• You identify and report the situation. For example, about someone's questions or problems.
• You make suggestions for meaningful ways to spend the week and discuss them.
• You encourage people to learn the Dutch language, get to know other people and engage in meaningful activities;
• You establish contacts and collaborate with other healthcare providers and agencies.
• The aim is for the status holder to become as independent as possible and participate in society.

• A completed MBO-4 diploma focused on people, society and behaviour.
• Extensive background knowledge of the target group.
• Knowledge of financial matters and administration, so that appropriate support can be provided.
• Empathy, you are demonstrably good at coaching, customer-oriented and flexible.
• Can collaborate and connect people.

• A competitive salary in accordance with the Social Work collective labour agreement, ranging from a minimum of €3,168 to a maximum of €4,733 gross per month (scale 7, based on 36 hours per week, including the labour market allowance for middle incomes), supplemented by excellent terms of employment such as an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget;
