Would you like to join our team? We are looking for support workers for several teams, working 28–32 hours per week.

What will you do?
- You support residents. You make suggestions for meaningful weekly activities and discuss these with them. The aim is to make residents more independent and enable them to participate more fully in society.
- You establish contacts and collaborate with other healthcare providers and agencies.
- You work on the basis of the action plan drawn up by the social worker in the social neighbourhood and village teams. In practice, you look at where improvements can be made.
- You escalate to a social worker where necessary.
You have/are
- A completed MBO-4 diploma focused on people, society and behaviour.
- Extensive background knowledge of the target group.
- Knowledge of financial matters and administration, so that appropriate support can be provided.
- Empathy, you are demonstrably good at coaching, customer-focused and flexible.
- Can collaborate and connect people.

- A competitive salary in accordance with the Social Work collective labour agreement, ranging from a minimum of €3,168 to a maximum of €4,733 gross per month (scale 7, based on 36 hours per week), supplemented by excellent terms of employment such as an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget;
