Will you be our new colleague? We are looking for a youth worker for 32 hours a week.

  • You guide and support youth initiatives and encourage young people to actively participate in society.
  • You will work with neighbourhood and village social teams, schools and community associations.

  • Coaching skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Flexibly employable and willing to work evenings if necessary.
  • Able to easily connect with young people, parents, professionals, volunteers and residents.
  • Someone who encourages young people to make conscious choices and take responsibility.

We offer

  • A warm welcome from 250 colleagues within an exciting and thriving organisation.
  • A place in a friendly team of around 30 employees.
  • A flexible workspace at an Amaryllis location.
  • A one-year temporary appointment.
  • A market-based salary in accordance with the Social Work collective labour agreement, minimum €3,435 and maximum €5,216 gross per month (scale 8, based on 36 hours per week), supplemented by excellent benefits such as an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget.
