Amaryllis processes your personal data when you use our services. The employees of our organisation need your personal data to carry out their work properly. We would like to explain to you via this page how personal information is handled within our organisation.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Amaryllis processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- The financial settlement of care provided
- Calling or emailing you if necessary to carry out our services
- To provide care/services to you
- Amaryllis also processes personal data when we are required to do so by law.
We process your data on the basis of:
- an agreement
- a legal obligation
- of permission
- a task of general interest

No automated decision-making
Amaryllis does not make decisions on matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being in between and having assessed this. Such decisions are made by an Amaryllis employee and therefore not by computer programmes or systems.
How long we keep personal data
Amaryllis will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties
Amaryllis does not share your data with others, except if we are required to do so by law. If other companies process your data on our behalf, we make clear agreements about this in a processor's agreement. This way we ensure that your data remains just as secure and confidential. Amaryllis remains responsible for what happens to your data.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website.
Amaryllis uses only technical and functional cookies. In addition, we use analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw previously given consent or object to Amaryllis' use of your data.
In addition, you can request to transfer your data to another organisation. You can send a request to your contact at Amaryllis or to info@amaryllisleeuwarden.nl.
To make sure that the request really comes from you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID. Please black out your passport photo, the BSN, passport number and the strip of numbers at the bottom (the Machine Readable Zone) to protect your privacy.
We will respond as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.
