"At Moody's you can develop yourself"
Krishan loves sports immensely. Running, boxing and fitness. He has been coming to Moody's every week for a year and a half. He works out with other young people and can develop himself as a trainer.
Besides sports, there is room for serious conversations. "Every week there is a different theme week. About mental health or poverty, for example. You really learn something. It's good to talk about those things. Sport works as an outlet, but talking about it really takes a burden off your shoulders."
Developing yourself
At Moody's, Krishan can develop himself further. "Recently, I helped train a group for Loop Leeuwarden. I also give boxing training. I would like to become a sports teacher. Maybe I will take up a training course, but for now I am mainly active at Moody's and working on myself."
"If it wasn't for Moody's, I would be a lot unhappier," Krishan explains. "Here, we have really created a group of friends. I have gained insight into things in which I can develop myself and I can help other young people. Moody's is an ideal place for young people. Everyone accepts each other. You can work on yourself here and become happy."
