Team Mantelzorg of Amaryllis is committed to informal carers in the municipality of Leeuwarden. Also for young informal carers, together with team Jongerenwerk. You can come to us with all your questions about informal care.
We provide overview, offer perspective and we help find solutions. We also organise activities for informal carers.
Come to our consultation hour, registration is not necessary.
