The choice in volunteering is vast. Amaryllis can help you find volunteering that suits you. Come to a walk-in meeting of team Volunteering or make an appointment.

Finding volunteers

To organisations and community initiatives, we provide tailored advice on how to recruit volunteers. We also have tips so that volunteers can enjoy doing volunteer work at your organisation or initiative.

Residents looking for someone to volunteer can visit the SamenLeeuwarden website. There, go to the ForEach other. For example, help in the garden, walking the dog, shopping or a walking buddy.

SamenLeeuwarden.nl is a second website of Amaryllis, for everyone in the municipality of Leeuwarden. Here you will find activities and services, but especially all kinds of things about volunteering. Whether you do or want to do voluntary work, are looking for volunteers or if you want to do something for each other in your neighbourhood. Residents and organisations can post their requests and offers themselves. You will also find a wealth of information on volunteering.
