Will you be our new colleague? We are looking for a secretary for team Social Counselling and status holders for 16 hours a week.
As team secretary, you are the hub of the team. You ensure that colleagues can do their work well by keeping an overview, organising matters and making administrative processes run smoothly. You are service-oriented, accurate and like to keep several balls in the air at the same time.
What will you do?
- Managing the agenda of team Social Guidance.
- Managing the telephone and liaising with volunteers.
- Coordinating housing with housing associations and municipalities.
- Collecting and processing information after notifications from the municipality.
- Preparing client files and managing documents.
- Creating and managing digital files and folders, with attention to AVG guidelines.
- Sending required documents to municipalities and housing associations.
You have/are
- A completed secondary vocational education, preferably in a secretarial or administrative field.
- Experience in secretarial and administrative work.
- Organisationally strong and able to maintain an overview in a dynamic working environment.
- Accurate, independent and proactive.
- Proficient with digital systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Service-minded and pleasant to work with colleagues, residents and cooperation partners.
