Complaints procedure
Are you unhappy with how an Amaryllis employee behaves towards you? For example, do you feel disrespected or not heard? Then you can file a complaint.
Complaints are always addressed to a person and are about a staff member's behaviour. You cannot file a complaint about not receiving a customised service or the number of hours allocated. This is subject to the statutory objection and appeal procedure.
Who can file a complaint?
If you receive support from one of our staff members, you can file a complaint yourself. If you have a legal representative, they may also file the complaint on your behalf.
By legal representative we mean: parent, guardian, curator or someone else who represents your interests on the basis of legislation or following a court order.
How can you file a complaint?
- Engage first with the employee concerned.
- If this fails, you can request a meeting with the team leader.
- Can't work it out together? Then you can request a meeting with Amaryllis' complaints officer.
You can do this by filling in the complaint form below.
