Volunteers’ Festival at the new Harmonie

The annual Volunteer Festival will take place again on Friday afternoon, 23 October, at De Harmonie in Leeuwarden. No fewer than 70 organisations from the municipality of Leeuwarden will be showcasing themselves to visitors interested in volunteering. It is the perfect place for organisations and potential volunteers to meet. At the same time, it’s a great opportunity to take a look around the refurbished municipal theatre.

The Volunteer Festival is an initiative organised by Amaryllis. It takes place in the Main Foyer on the ground floor. Visitors can easily pop in via the new entrance to De Harmonie. You can expect a wide variety of organisations working in the fields of culture and nature, care and wellbeing, and social interaction. Between 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm, visitors can come along and find out more, with no obligation. Admission is free.
