Meeting and participating
Under the name 'Meeting and Participating', Amaryllis offers activities for one or more half-days a week. As fun and meaningful daytime activities where meeting and participating are central.

Fun and meaningful daytime activities
Meeting and Participation is a form of group support at Amaryllis. Meeting and Participation includes very different activities in very different places. It just depends on which group suits you. We work with the participants on structure and personal development. But above all, it is a fun and meaningful way to spend a day where you meet other people. At the same time, it can be a relief for any informal carers.
Cooperation with other organisations
Ontmoeten en Meedoen is in several locations in the municipality of Leeuwarden. At a number of locations, Amaryllis organises the activities itself. With our own activity coordinators, supported by trainees and volunteers.
At other locations, we collaborate with other organisations. Participants then have day care at that organisation, for example, with guidance from Amaryllis.
We also work from Meet and Greet with organisations that do their own counselling.
Want to know more?
To take part in Meeting and Participation, a meeting with an Amaryllis social worker is required. Together, you will see if it is something for you and which group would suit you. Get in touch with us Social district or village team in your area.
Volunteers are also most welcome!
